The following are a list of documents we will need to process the Short Sale of your property:
The SSS National, LLC., Engagement Agreement;
Power of Attorney (must be notorized);
Copy of your last two Tax Returns (Form 1040);
Current month's paystubs (last 30 Days);
Most recent 2 consecutive month's Bank Statements for each account (all pages);
Copy of the Promissory Note for the Loan (provided in your original closing package);
Copy of the 10-03 Form (from your Mortgage Application).
Copy of mortgage statements on subject property, showing account number, approximate principal balance and customer support phone numbers.
Letter of Explanation of financial difficulty or change of financial status ("Hardship Letter") - please detail the explanation, sign and date your letter.
