- Perform all of our economic research to assure that our investor requirements are met prior to negotiating the Short Sale, and in so doing, provide "surety of execution" to all parties; and.
- Achieve significant economies of scale and efficiencies in processing and closing on the Short Sale transactions, which benefits everyone involved.
