STEP 2: We will guide you through the enrollment process and send you the documents needed to engage our services.

STEP 3: Once you enroll in the SSS National Short Sale Solution Program and provide us with the necessary documents, we will contact your lender in an attempt to handle all future communications. In addition, we will stay in contact with you to keep you apprised of our progress.

STEP 4: Once a Short Sale settlement is negotiated with your lender, you will be notified with a "Good News" notification from us. We will then send you the closing documents for the Short Sale closing on your unit.
